Privacy Policy
Version 2026-10-08. This policy explains how Router Ban Check (routerbancheck.online) uses personal data.

What we use, why, and for how long

Card details are entered on Stripe's page and never reach us. We do not sell personal data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not take decisions about you by automated means that have legal or similarly significant effects.
Analytics without cookies
We count visits and anonymous events (for example "checkout started") with a self-hosted instance of Plausible Analytics. It uses no cookies and stores no personal data: visitors are counted with a hash that changes every day and cannot identify you.
Cookies and local storage
We do not use cookies. When you activate a license key, a session token is stored in your browser's local storage so that you stay signed in; it is strictly necessary for the service you asked for, and signing out removes it. The payment page is run by Stripe, under Stripe's own policies.
Who processes data for us
- Stripe (payments): Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Ireland) and Stripe, Inc. (USA).
- DigitalOcean, LLC (USA): hosting of the Service and of our analytics.
- Sendinblue SAS, trading as Brevo (France): sending the confirmation and license emails.
Each of them acts on our instructions under a data processing agreement. Transfers to the United States rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified, and otherwise on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict its use, to receive it in a portable format, and you can object at any time to uses based on our legitimate interest. Write to support@wpsani.store; we answer within one month. Some purchase records must be kept for the time required by tax law even if you ask us to delete them. You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), or the authority of the country where you live or work.
If you live in California: we do not sell or share personal information, and you have the right to know, delete and correct the personal information we hold about you, without being discriminated against for exercising these rights.
Children
The Service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change how we use personal data, we update this page and its version date before the change applies.
